All entries for the  Leica Oskar Barnack Award 2014 must be made via the online Application Form between 15th December and January 31, 2014

The “Leica Oskar Barnack Award” competition is open to professional photographers only. To take part, participants must send in a series of photographs taken in 2013 or long-term projects containing at least one photo from 2013. Only one entry per photographer is accepted.

The “Leica Oskar Barnack Newcomer Award” competition is open to any (prospective) professional photographer aged 25 or under at the time of entering. To take part, participants must send in a series of photographs taken in 2013 or long-term projects containing at least one photo from 2013. Only one entry per photographer is accepted.

Are you an amateur photographer or a photography enthusiast? If so, then this is the competition for you! 

The Open Competition offers 10 diverse categories for you to enter, ranging from Action to Travel. As a Basic Member, you can enter up to 3 photographs for free, submitted into one category or spread across multiple categories.

 Fotoura Competition October 2013

In conjunction with our Geometric Shapes theme, we are inviting Fotoura members to submit photographs adhering to or interpreting this particular visual topic for the chance to win £100 cash prize and promotion across the Fotoura platform.
Submitted images may be old or new, but we ask that they engage with this particular theme by employing geometric shapes and lines as the dominant visual structuring element. This requirement is not intended in any way to restrict the subject matter of the photographs.
Winners will be announced mid-November. There will be two winners, one in the main category, the other in the public vote category. Entry to the main competition category has a nominal £2 entry fee, and you will have the choice of entering your photo to the public vote category at the time of submission. The public vote will take place during the first two weeks of November.

Photographs must be submitted before 11:59pm GMT on 31 October 2013.
